This camera is just perfect for what I use it for. Both the moments you want to keep, holidays, birthdays, christmases etc and for talkign photos of your darts collection to show off on the forums you use (or is that just me?). Great photos taken at range, equally good photos for the close up shots (special setting to keep shot in focus and antishake setting is top notch). Can sap the batteries but that is not really a problem for me asi use it mainly at home so always near a bettery charger. Focuses really well, optical zoom 5x is fantastic. Sturdy and very well built.
Transfering pictures from camera to PC is easy and the software provided is very easy to learn and use. All in all 5/5 from me and I do reccomend this to others who are looking for a new camera.

I bought this camera a bout a month ago and the results are brilliant both outside and inside in low light conditions. I really like the screen as it adapts in differing light conditions even when you looking towards the sun so you don`t get that black screen effect like other cameras.
Well worth the money and 5 times optical is the icing on the cake !!

A small digital camera that also takes video footage was what I wanted. The camera zoom for still shots is brilliant at x5, but this model (S1065) has ticked all the boxes and more.
You can zoom in whilst video recording and although you lose the sound whilst doing so, being able to get that important close up video more than makes up for it.
I use lithium AA batteries which last no problem until my 1Gb SD cards are full with either photos or video.
